Replaced the ignition switch in my 1997 BMW 740iL…and all of the electrical gremlins disappeared The airbag warning light went off, the rear sunshade works, the DSP control unit lights up when the radio is turned on, the horn works again, the lights and buttons on the steering wheel light up and work…and most of all…when you pull down the sun visor and open the cover on the mirror…the interior lights NO longer come on…and the STEERING WHEEL doesn’t move up and the radio continues to play.
