I accidently started my car without a fuse missing to the airbags, now the airbag light is on and I don’t want to take it to a dealer to have it reset. Is there a way i can turn off this light or even just disable it completely. I’m afraid it won’t pass MOT with the light on.

You could try disconnecting the negative black battery cable for one minute and reconnecting it, but you’ll lose your radio presets etc. A shop scanner can reset it also at http://www.autozone.com stores for free. However the light will just come back on again most likely if there’s a true fault. It’s not that hard to fix the problem and your dealer might do it under a recall warranty.
