Renault megane intermittent service and airbag light?

I have just bought a 54 plate Renault megane. I have noticed when driving the service light and airbag light comes on intermittently. What does this mean and is it important? Please only answer if u know cos I can make guesses myself!

renault says it all, sell it. I had one for a week and took it back after a week. More faults than i bare to remember. Sorry.

this is probably a faulty connector under one of the seats for a seat belt pretensioner. when the air bag light is on, the air bag system is OFF, so please don’t leave getting this fault checked out!!
