   Anyway, I have issues with my speedometer from my MY98 Impreza WRX; would this trick help here as well?In other words, could there be some sort of similarity?
   My speedometer says I’m doing 180, while driving actually 30 km/hr in 2nd gear. WhenI tap the cluster on the head, the speedometer works again.

   Thank you making this video. I have been dealing with this issue for several years now. Snaping the trip odometer button would work sometimes until it broke. Then turning the windshield wipers on and off would get it working sometimes.

   I follwed your video instructons and it worked immediately.

   I’ll keep you posted if it stops working.
