BMW E46 318i (2002) cold start Problem. Flashing Dash Lights with High voltage.

Hi guys please see the problem of cold start, and look at the Battery voltage is showing Very high (17.3v) even see the transmission warning is appeared also dash bord warning lights are blinking when i start first time, but the second start is fine there were no any warning lights. please help me to find out the problem of this even i am getting an OBD error code P1055.

SuperVag K just a quick demonstration on how the tool works. Its not plugged into the car just in the laptop just to power it up, i’ll upload some more when i get the chance to plug into cars. This tool works on VW, Audi, Skoda and Seat to determine engine, airbag, abs faults etc
If the airbags didn’t work these people would not have walked out of these vehicles , both airbags deployed .
My ABS light has been always on since I bought the car. I found out how to retrieve the codes from the ECU and I looked for the code on the ABS code list for 94′ Civics. I decided to record it and then count the flashes its easier for me. The code its giving me is 12 which means something is wrong with the ABS pump. How to fix any dash light that stays on! This is a free fix that takes about an hour to do. We’ve all had that annoying dash light stay on constantly. It NEVER goes out and glares in your face every time you drive your car. It’s distracting and you want it off regardless of what it takes. Take the dash out. Turns out my car used a 7mm socket to take out the two bolts holding in the plastic dash bezel on. Remove that and gain access to the 4 bolts holding on your dash unit. Remove the bolts holding on the dash assembly and remove the dash. Some cars have individual lights for each dummy light. Such lights as Check Engine Soon, Service Vehicle Soon, ABS, Antilock Brakes, Security, Brake, Trac off, Traction off, Airbag, SRS, etc. After the dash is out find the correct light you want turned off and remove the light from behind, on older models. On Newer models, take the dash out and pull it apart at the clips. Gain Access to the circuit board. When you plug in the dash you’ll see where the light is on the other side. Sometimes you won’t be able to gain access to the light itself. So, what I did was cut through the circuit board line that goes to the light effectively cutting the power line in to that certain light. Be sure you cut the right ones! If you have questions just ask, I’ll try and guide you through. Check the dash once the lights out or cut and bolt everything back together. Easy and free fix!
